Stage I - Project Evaluation |
- Understanding the requirements with respect to entry strategy, business of the company, location of the operation of the company, etc

Stage II - Registrations and approvals |
- Preparing detailed activity step chart with timelines for completion of all required registrations / approvals
- Identify dependencies in completing each of the activities. Schedule activities taking into account the dependencies and other requirements
- Assigning responsibility against every registration / approval planning task
- Assigning responsibility against other tasks that are advisory in nature
- Identify activities that are to be outsourced and prepare a sourcing plan for timely on-boarding of the external agency/ies

- Prepare relevant documentation required for all approvals / registrations
- Follow up with all relevant Government Departments for Registrations / Approvals
